Helen qualified in 1988 from Withington Hospital School of Physiotherapy in Manchester and has worked within the NHS, spent a year working in Toronto, Canada and has been in private practice for the past 16 years. Since opening Stone Physio Clinic in 2002 Helen has developed the clinic into a diverse practice offering a wide range of services to both private and corporate clients. Helen is a member of the Society of Orthopaedic Medecine, the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists & the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health & Ergonomics. Her special interests include: headaches, sports injuries, whiplash injuries, ergonomics and workstation assessments. Away from the clinic Helen is a keen netball player.
Carys Roberts
Carys qualified from Keele University with a first class degree and has experience working in both the NHS & private practice. She has a keen interest in sport and works with the Stoke City Girls Centre of Excellence and Boys Academy, she is a qualified hockey coach and holds a Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award. Carys is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and a member of the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists.
Greg Bicker
Greg qualified from Keele University with a first class honours degree and joined our team at Stone Physio in 2009, as well as working part time within the NHS. He has a specific interest in rehabilitation and musculoskeletal therapy and is always keen to improve his skills. Away from the office he is an enthusiastic snowboarder and mountain biker.
